Good making and cast but too much diluted into gangster fights rather than actual issues of migration....Movie started and ended with song solid documentary details about slum migration into concrete jail...but in-between it just travel as gang fight with very average love interest.... If they concentrate more on the theme, it would have another milestone like Madras... Missed chance...
