Movie is faithful to the book and author. They made the real classic with enough class and mass moments. If you read the book, you can enjoy every hidden things, if not still you can enjoy this epic with its majestic presentation. The songs are choreographed very well and most of the songs over in the first half itself. The placement of the songs are so good and they didnt break the flow. The camera work is so good, whether war scene or horse race, everything is captured so well and each and every frame is so class even with difficult angles. the best example is Karkalan forgiving the Rashtrakoodan scene from his horse. This is real milestone in Tamil cinema, Mani Ratnam did it without any compromise. The Pazhuvettaiyar anger towards Kundavai, Nandini interaction with other characters, Kundavai Vanthiyathevan first love are not shown...They omitted all this because of Movie and its timing. The only disappointment was Poonkulali character intro missing. My biggest worry while watching the movie was, "it is going to end" why why it is ending....they should have added another 30 minutes. The cast and their roles are perfectly fit. The production values and CG work are top notch. Spoilers ahead: They reduced Alvarkkadiyan role and Vanthiyathevan did all his work by own No Manimegalai role and they used her name, thats it No Kudanthai Jothidar and the complete Kundavai-Vanthiyathevan initial intro scenes. Sol Song is not there in first part Poonkulali character intro was so abrupt and not detailed in the movie. Real disappointment.

The characters are unique and each one has their own background stories and justification for their crimes. The movie goes and explores each persons character and their pain from their own point of view. All the characters are super grey. The best part is that it is not single genre, it has romance, comedy, adulatory, dark and complete mixture of emotions. The cast is ultimate and acting was good. There is no dull moment and the pace was good enough for the story. Ryan Renolds role and his mature guidance/advice is bit surprise for me. This is not comedy or romantic movie, but it is a good mixture of everything.

This fantasy adventure movie has all ingredients to make the weekend as the blasting one. The movie is bundled with hilarious and action blocks. Some times it feels so silly some times it is serious. But the Fantasy angle covers all the negatives and make this as a complete entertainer. The cast and RIPD partner are perfect. The production values and GFX works are surprisingly good. I liked the human views of RIPD agents and how they add fun factor with this idea. It is not perfect, it follows the evil Vs bad template and destroying dark world climax etc. So lower your expectations you will be surprised.

Superb collection of VHS short stories. Each story has its own spine chilling moments. The stories and scare will haunt for long time. It was eerie to watch the complete movie. Initial portions were bit boring, once you started to explore each VHS cassette, it horror factor scrawls all over the screens. I was more disturbed with the motel murder and Alien love making scene. Real treat for the horror fans and must watch. If you like Blair witch project, you will love this one. All the stories are perfectly working and deliver what it is intended perfectly.

The movie take its own time to get into the real story. The first 30 minutes couldnt understand the characters and why they are behaving like this. Need to pause and read the subtitles again to get hold of the story. Once the boat starts sailing, the movie picks up the speed. The cast looks nicely suit for the story. The murder and consequences are cleverly done in the writing. The climax conclusion is satisfying one. The Italian terrain is explored very well in this movie. I can see lot of Tamil movies inspired from the crime sequences from this movie, especially "Priyamudan" Worth the watch.

Light hearted, feel good romantic comedy. The cast are great and cute. The story is very thin but the real surprise is the screenplay and the rom-com flavour from the beginning to the end. Two different characters literally swapped their lives and how they self analyse their negatives and come out of this is presented is highly entertaining way. I loved the climax portion even though it is sum of all cliche. I liked the love portion of Cameron than Kate. The Kate love portion is not detailed well and it looks like hurriedly done. Otherwise it is perfect in all aspects. Don't miss it, perfect watch to enjoy the weekend with your partner.

The best part of this move is decent story and great cast. The acting and making are classic and outstanding. The problem of the movie is its length. Felt too much of dragging in the middle portion. It is good movie with some clap worthy scenes. But cant attach to the lengthy presentation. If you are looking for classic and artistic presentation you will be overwhelmed by this one. If you are expecting more entertainment from good cinema, it will not fulfill appetite The fantasy angle was unique and i felt bit on the romantic side story. Classic one with less entertainment.

This is simple and templated action masala. The story is wafer thin and it has very good starting escape scene. Based on the story i was expecting some nice heroism and great action stunts. It has more romance than stunts. Not used Van-Damme's full potential. Not even close to his old masala. Easily skippable one. Its more on drama and that too highly predictable one. The story and characters are run of the mill and it add even more dullness to the movie. How much you lower your expectation, this will not go with that. It is not typical Van Damme movie.

I liked Jack Nicholson very much and enjoyed his reaction on every scene. Sandler was easily overshadowed in this drama. The monk scene is real fun. There are lot of funny and silly moments. This fun moments are fine and when its get repetitive over the anger management I lost the interest in the flow. Some cringe moments looks more offensive than funny. But the movie ended as a satisfying watch mainly because of the cast and their great acting.

Sleazy horror movie with dead slow narration. This is not scary one. The movie story told in single letter - X. That's all, nothing special in the movie. The killings are more gore and not much interesting/frightening one. The long shots test the patience of the viewer. The cast is good but the story is run of the mill and it couldn't save the movie. The movie is decent watch. It started as normal drama and picked up the pace with good thrill factors. Some plot sequence is predictable, but the short running time really helped well. The biggest problem of the movie is the cliche sentiments and serial drama level of making. Especially the initial scenes tests the patience very much. The twists in the interval and climax were the factors that really saved the movie. Prakash raj character has not much to do, but it helped to elevate the hero's background. Riza has no scope. One time watchable if you can adjust the bit serial kind of making.

The core theme is really impressive one. They took more than enough time to introduce each character. Still it was so beneficial when the core theme get unfolded. The horror factor and some scare moments are presented very well, especially the ticket checker sequences. Watch it with some good sound effect. At the same time the movie looks more dragged and lost its narration on the love Jodi elope and marriage sequences. The entire bus sequence was awesome except this marriage flow. Some of the fight sequences and songs could be easily avoided. The climax is bit over the top.

Heist movie with revenge background. The production values are OK for the medium budget movie but the overall presentation is not serving anything new to the viewers. The story is highly predictable and the characters are so unrealistic. Lot of scenes are disjointed and the USA scenes are so artificial. This is not utter waste one, they have some decent writings except for the climax sequence. The investigation leads like how they identify robbers, how the hostage point the leads all are very amateur. Gathering everyone on the heist place looks so idiotic. If this movie had released 30 years before, it would be treated as good thriller.

Simple movie with simple events. The story travels across countries also dealt with art theft and murder, but the mystery is very simple. The production values are great, the cast and acting was good. The pace is bit slow but the fun and entertainment is guaranteed. The characters are interesting and how the story connecting all them together is good. But overall as a movie, the ending or murder is not making any impact to the viewers. It is not bad at the same time it is not recommendable one. The comic worked very good in some places and it diluted the seriousness of movie in most of the places.

The starting scene is awesome. It rises the curiosity over the movie flow. But it drags down further and never surprised me. The DNA and family tree are fine but after that it goes to regular horror template. This movie has lot of scare moments and body show. If you dont have anything to watch, take this with some good sound effect watch this. Not boring, predictable movie. They added twilight romance into "ready or not". That's all. All the scenes looks like watching already watched movie. Nothing original for the horror. The title is misleading one.

It is good sequel to the first part. The ending of this part also very good and they put solid lead for the third part. What I liked more in the first part is the action choreography and hand combat. Event hough the story is run off the mill, the first part was likeable because of action. In this part it is totally missing except the fight scene in Jail. The Jail fight scene is outstanding. The Egypt and Butcher fight scenes are not par with the first part. The first 20 minutes gone in sad family sentiments and I was expecting that much fierce action after that, but it gone into more political than action.

Different attempt from GVM and ARR. and the best ever performance from Simbu…his acting and body language perfectly fits to this role. The interval fight scene shows the full potential of simbu and ARR together, goosebumps guaranteed. The first half has engaged flow. Because the story is age old one, the second half struggled bit. Other than main characters, others are shown in very high level. This also not helped for the second of twists. Even though the second half is jarred, it has quite good surprises here and there. Instead of leading to second part, GVM should have closed this like Kaaka Kaaka. This second part lead also brings back the old Simbu and it looks totally disjointed The engaging first half and Simbu make this as watchable.

A simple alien invasion story with some nice characters. They revealed the alien bit by bit and when it is fully revealed we can feel the majestic. The music helped so much for these things. This is not action packed high pace entertainer. It is real slow paced solid drama. The Alien and the impact on a family. Sometimes it reminds me of the Signs movie. I agree, that this is not up to the expectations but at the same time it is not as bad also. One time watchable drama with some solid drama and some cinematic situations. The theme involves POK, Kashmir, Ind Vs Pak hatred, Hindu-Muslim sentiments and all possible controversial things. But everyone will get the feel good factor only from all these controversial things. This is the best thing and core reason for the success of this venture. One of the best movie for this year. To get the whole feel, you should watch this in big screen. Initially I thought the cast is bit odd for Telegu movie, but it is the best one. My suggestion watch it in Telugu version instead of the dubbed one. There is good amount of sentiment and romance throughout the movie. In fact my eyes got moist towards the end of the movie. I felt so tightened in my chest in this movie after "96". The movie flow is so feel good from the beginning. The climax was awesome and the twist gives the completely different meaning to the movie.

Very simple drama and characters makes this movie unique. Even the small situations and with small sweet dialogs makes it a wonderful watch. When it is getting overdone, we will get some repetitive and boredom in the second half. The first half and the climax are note worthy but the sports portions were utter blunder. The core plot of the movie is magic and football. It has succeeded very well in magic but failed miserably in the sports. Magic was fun and entertaining. Sports were more sentimental than entertaining. The chemistry between doctor and Jadugar was totally indigestible, I am not talking about cast, its totally on characters. The characters were hanging in the story and the reasons for the sports also not convincing. With all this flaws, it is quite enjoyable watch because of its simplicity and funny presentation.

I can see Amala Paul influence in each and every frame and how it was bend for her wish as a producer. It might be my observation, might not be true. This is supposed to be a investigative thriller. I dont find any meaningful investigation details and zero thrill factors. On top of this, they added some pathetic heroine centric scenes. We can forgive some of the standards for OTT platform release, but this is beyond that. The movie is so amateur, anyone can predict the flow when they said the first murder victim is the doctor. And the Police finds the basic details after one hour movie flow with too much of hype towards the investigation. So uninteresting drama with too many cliches. Easily avoidable one.
