The title is so opt for this movie. The title is used very well in the last part of court argument and delivered impactful social message. Just because of these last 45 minutes portion, we need to bear the first half. I felt there is enough fun moments in the first half. Other than that the scenes and situation are not looks logical and felt so unrealistic. Kunchako performance is great but his chanracter transformation is so illogical. Is he selfish/cunning/kind/innocent/brilliant/dumb? Because he shown all these shades from the beginning to end. He is transforming from one dumb thief to brilliant criminal lawyer towards end. At one point his life is in threat and another point he is free. Looks like the screenplay is so jarred and felt so disjointed.

The story is highly predictable and still the director barely succeeded to manage the audience to hook till the end. It is very simple adventure movie with quite good introduction scene to the beast. But later the beast become one of the character and shows its visit. As the trailer itself revealed the plot, I was expecting some surprises in the feature film. But till end it went without any wow moments. Once the villain (beast) become powerless, automatically the story lost the impact. Hero and kids wandering around the forest. At last the movie becomes average fare to watch. Easily skippable one.

A simple alien invasion story with some nice characters. They revealed the alien bit by bit and when it is fully revealed we can feel the majestic. The music helped so much for these things. This is not action packed high pace entertainer. It is real slow paced solid drama. The Alien and the impact on a family. Sometimes it reminds me of the Signs movie. I agree, that this is not up to the expectations but at the same time it is not as bad also. One time watchable drama with some solid drama and some cinematic situations. The first half is so artistic and the second half is so cinematic.

Formulaic village story and run of the mill presentation. Nothing original and lot of scenes test your patience. Especially the action blocks and mother flashback sentiment scenes. Lot of nice dialogs there but that is the only appreciable thing in this movie. Everything else is scene 100 times before in Tamil cinema. And curse to the director to bring back "sivakasi" Prakash Raj with his loud shouting. Aditi is OK but her body language is artificial. Karthik and Rajkiran did the same role before and dont know how they chose this script. Easily skippable one.

Good old story (world war Z) in the new bottle and bottle is real eye candy. Literally the movie is filled with action blocks. Real gory and superficial action blocks. One man fight with army of people. All the fights are more or less same, either with gun or knife. What makes this movie and action more interesting is the camera work. The pseudo continuous shots and their angles adds very good flavour to this one. The unbelievable-illogical action becomes more entertaining with these camera angles. Remove all your logical questioning and enjoy this mindless action flick. Good popcorn entertaining for the weekend.

I am bit afraid of heights. If there is no rails in the stairs, that itself scares me more. This movie makes me to sweat throughout. I got more scary moments while watching this one than "Annabelle". My palms and foot sole were sweat while watching this. Lot of scenes I covered my eyes but don't want to forward. The story is more predictable still the making is so interesting and they added all possible interesting factors for the premise. The cast is good and they make it so real. Each and every frame you will feel the vertigo even in dark scenes where the ground is not shown from the sky Must watch.

Some movies make you that you wasted your time, and I feel the same while watching and while writing this review also. In tamil one proverb is there "Kazhuthai thenju Katterumbu aanathu" this will perfectly suit for director DeeKay. I enjoyed the his first horror "Yaamirukka Bayame" and this one goes in the same template. First one is resort, this one is village thats all. The acting, making, comedies are ditto same. This time not at all worked. On top of this the beginning of the movie massacre is literally looted from the movie "Ghost Ship". The only good thing about the movie is the flashback scenes and the Kaatteri scenes.

This one is real hidden gem of Tamil cinema. Adjust the little bit of serial drama kind of making, then you will really enjoy this movie. The first half is like multiple funny short stories are stitched together. Some worked out very well and some fall as thud. The second half is full and full serious note. The cast and reservation was analysed and presented to user from multiple point of views without any biased manner. This should be watched with generation of people (grandpa, father and son) and I believe everyone will agree and enjoy this movie. The biggest strength of this movie is dialogs. They are so sharp and simple. It helped and elevated the scenes in both first half and second half of the movie. The cherry on top is the character revelation done in the end credit scene. Must watch with kids.

The theme involves POK, Kashmir, Ind Vs Pak hatred, Hindu-Muslim sentiments and all possible controversial things. But everyone will get the feel good factor only from all these controversial things. This is the best thing and core reason for the success of this venture. One of the best movie for this year. To get the whole feel, you should watch this in big screen. Initially I thought the cast is bit odd for Telegu movie, but it is the best one. My suggestion watch it in Telugu version instead of the dubbed one. There is good amount of sentiment and romance throughout the movie. In fact my eyes got moist towards the end of the movie. I felt so tightened in my chest in this movie after "96". The movie flow is so feel good from the beginning. The climax was awesome and the twist gives the completely different meaning to the movie.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie from the beginning to end. The movie traverse in the known path but still the location and situation makes it more fresh and enjoyable one. The cast is perfect and acting was good. Both the "court room" drama and "swamp" romantic drama are handled in nice way. The both dramas are intertwined in more interesting way and mostly engaging way. The non linear screenplay helped much for the thrill and romantic factor. I didn't read the novel and I believe it did justice to the Novel, because it induced me to read the novel. Worth the watch and you will enjoy this one.

Very simple drama and characters makes this movie unique. Even the small situations and with small sweet dialogs makes it a wonderful watch. When it is getting overdone, we will get some repetitive and boredom in the second half. The first half and the climax are note worthy but the sports portions were utter blunder. The core plot of the movie is magic and football. It has succeeded very well in magic but failed miserably in the sports. Magic was fun and entertaining. Sports were more sentimental than entertaining. The chemistry between doctor and Jadugar was totally indigestible, I am not talking about cast, its totally on characters. The characters were hanging in the story and the reasons for the sports also not convincing. With all this flaws, it is quite enjoyable watch because of its simplicity and funny presentation.

I can see Amala Paul influence in each and every frame and how it was bend for her wish as a producer. It might be my observation, might not be true. This is supposed to be a investigative thriller. I dont find any meaningful investigation details and zero thrill factors. On top of this, they added some pathetic heroine centric scenes. We can forgive some of the standards for OTT platform release, but this is beyond that. The movie is so amateur, anyone can predict the flow when they said the first murder victim is the doctor. And the Police finds the basic details after one hour movie flow with too much of hype towards the investigation. So uninteresting drama with too many cliches. Easily avoidable one.

The drama is more realistic and wonderful ending than cinematic one. But the presentation is so artificial in the first half and every scene is like watching social media short videos. Too much of superficial in characters makes it as either serial drama or totally unrealistic one. Once he moved to Kerala the movie goes with bit natural acting and making. But this one also has regular movie masalas but this is bit watchable. The ending has some melodrama kichadi but the conclusion was awesome. The story is very simple and one time watchable if we can bear the first half superficial cliches.
