Based on the ratings I selected this movie to watch. Ended up one of the best prison escape movie. Lot of scenes reminds me of the movie "Siraichaalai - Kaala Paani". Ruthless warden and strict rules and breaking the rules, failed escape and then final escape ->This is the basic template for most of the prison break movies. Here also it is faithfully followed. The classic making and acting make this more watchable. The unmatched alliance and the feel good ending are make it worth the watch. I didn't watch the original, but i believe this movie lives up to the original.
